Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:
Handle premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters for clients.
Conduct complex discovery processes effectively.
Prepare law and motion documents and status/evaluation reports.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Participate in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Assist with trials as needed.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters.
Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
Experience in complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting.
Litigation and arbitration experience and trial experience are preferred.
Excellent writing skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
