Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Brand Marketing to join the Firehouse Subs marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand Marketing team in a role that supports the core business, with a focus on marketing to Firehouse guests within our restaurants.

The Sr. Analyst , Brand Marketing will be responsible for different areas of the marketing communications function, including but not limited to: point of purchase creative (both print and digital), menu board strategy and management, and packaging updates. A key responsibility of the role will be partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies in the development of integrated marketing plans, including strategizing around the desired path to purchase for our guests. Candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing tactics and advertising that drives brand love, awareness, consideration, and conversion in a restaurant level.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage promotional support in restaurants - from in-store signage to outdoor window clings to flyers

Work with a vendor to strategize and execute menu board launches

Help plan and execute photoshoots for new products, including budgeting, food orders, creative concepting with the agency, and overseeing the shoot

Support creative development of point of purchase (POP) materials, managing day-to-day execution that includes briefing, clear feedback, approvals, timeline management and budget tracking

Work cross-functionally with calendar team, innovation, legal, operations and more to launch POP for new products

Assist field marketing managers with ad hoc local marketing requests

Support digital initiatives through development of both digital and print POP for digital and evergreen loyalty messaging

Partner with all agencies to successfully ideate, create and execute POP that will support business objectives in-restaurant

Partner with the larger marketing team, and cross functional internal teams to understand communication objectives, timelines, and creative framework

Help manage packaging design updates with the agencies/vendors

Help manage vendor relationships and ensure clear communication on promotions, budgets, and timelines (multiple print vendors, menu board vendors, etc.)

Assist with maintenance and inventory of promotional materials for franchisees to order

Understands the QSR media landscape and levers

Manage, protect, and champion the brand positioning, voice, identity, and promise

Supports budgeting and invoice payment for vendor/agency-related work

Support in-restaurant marketing for non-traditional locations including menu board development and POP materials

Work with the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation's team to support their mission & related in-restaurant fundraisers, such as First Responders Month

Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of creative marketing experience, ideally in QSR, agency or a related field

Experience marketing products at the point of purchase (POP)

Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects effectively within a defined timeline

Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management and communication skills

Has strong attention-to-detail, advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong copy-editing and ability to judge creative and articulate constructive feedback to both internal and external partners in service of the creative vision

Demonstrate meticulous follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include internal partners, agencies, vendors and internal teams

Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Creative and design experience preferred
