The purpose of this role is to grow the Altera hosting business unit by transitioning existing on-premise Altera users to our cloud-based solution, and to secure net new cloud hosting clients for Altera.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our Azure/Cloud sales in the U.S. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare IT sales professional with a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and experience navigating complex sales cycles. The successful candidate will be a master juggler, managing numerous opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and driving sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas for assigned territory.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals).

Transition existing on-premise Altera users to our cloud solution.

Secure net new clients for both Altera and cloud hosting.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers (C-suite, CIOs, CFOs).

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, which includes navigating internal processes (Salesforce, Oracle) to generate quotes and case requests.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, customer success) to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.

Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

Work Experience

7+ years of healthcare technology sales experience, preferably with experience in selling cloud services / remote hosting. 2-3 years at the senior level or equivalent experience preferred.

In-depth knowledge of remote hosting solutions, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.

Net new sales experience preferred.

Proven track record of success in selling to physician office groups and hospitals.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its IT needs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

TRAVEL

This is a remote U.S.-based opening. Approx. 50 % travel is required.

WORK LOCATION

The ideal candidate location is the Western United States; however, applications from all qualified candidates will be considered.

Salary Range

$90,000-$110,000 USD
