About the Role:

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Product department. As the Lead Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and execution of our product design strategy. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who can lead processes, understand the products vision, and execute a clean design. This role will support making an impact on our products and contribute to our growth.

What You'll Be Doing :

Lead the establishment of design systems, laying the groundwork for consistency and efficiency in our product designs

Develop usability outlines and conduct testing to unsure a seamless and intuitive user experience

Craft user flows, interface elements, and customer journeys that elevate user engagement

Develop templates for reporting, documents, and guidelines to maintain a cohesive design process and create consistency

Streamline designs by removing usability noise, ensuring a clean and user-friendly interface

Drive the update of design technology and tools to enhance and support the brand and sustainability of our products

Create process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes

Collaborate with product management to develop use cases and execute features with engineering

Conduct demo testing to validate the functionality and user experience of design features

Implement user testing methodologies, collecting valuable feedback to refine and enhance designs

Support the success of the product and design team through mentoring, coaching, and elevating team members

Be the subject matter expert in design tools, ensuring the ability to deliver design concepts

About You:

5+ years' experience in a product design position required

Proven track record of establishing and building design processes, workflows, and systems

Expert knowledge in design tools and technology

Extensive portfolio showcasing design concepts and work

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills

Ability to present and articulate design concepts within all areas of the business

For this role, the base salary range is $125,000-$140,000 . Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
