Job Summary:
The Client Representative for Property Care manages every facet of the assigned client(s) property care and landscape maintenance including safety, maintaining positive client relationships, planning and scheduling, managing crews, resolving day to day issues in a manner that results in completion of the tasks on time and budget and ensuring the quality standard of the completed work exceeds the OEG quality standard.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and coordinate the day to day management and landscape maintenance activities of assigned properties including all aspects of the administration, installation, and maintenance of specialty landscape
Responsible for safety, direction, quality completion, and financial outcome of landscape maintenance and property care activities
Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating, identifying and exceeding client needs
Manage costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment
Provide advice, guidance, leadership, and direction to all company members assigned to team
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual innovation and productivity
Communicating with Plant and Turf health crews to coordinate applications
Collaborate with sales and administrative teams as necessary regarding schedules, budget changes, material and equipment expenditures, estimating, payroll, employee relations issues, construction, masonry, etc.
Run project meetings and oversee maintenance equipment
Able to follow and enforce Company policies and safety procedures
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Design, preferred
Proficient in Google Suite and knowledge of BOSS, preferred
3-5 years leadership experience with project management of landscape and property care
Indiana Applicators License 3A & 3B Pesticide License, preferred but not required
Valid driver's license, required
Experience working with various landscaping tools and equipment of the trade
Strong oral and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Plant and Turf Care, Plant ID
Strong management skills and ability to multitask to ensure completion of multiple projects on time.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
