As an account executive for Orcca Logistics, you will work closely with top sales executives on established accounts to drive revenue. You will start in a training program to understand the industry and assist in the customer's needs. After training you will focus on identifying and growing new and existing business.
Compensation:
$45,000 Salary + uncapped commission
Responsibilities:
Utilize effective communication skills
-Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
-Generate sales leads and sales opportunities
-Tracking and updating clients on shipments
-Analyzing data and market trends
-Prepare shipping documents

Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
