Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing Comcast Business national sales incentives. The role will develop incentive strategy, stakeholder and implement incentives to motivate sales teams. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Participates in the development of sales strategy to achieve Company revenue goals by identifying and implementing short and long-term strategies and analyzing market trends. Manages department sales performance, recommends and implements incentive programs, and motivates others to attain goals and quotas.

Ensures staff is properly trained on knowledge of products and services, retention, and selling through formal training and one-on-one coaching and mentoring, by focusing on the sales process to ensure maximum lead generation and high closure rates.

Provides input and communicates company strategy while motivating the team toward achieving company vision. Acts as change management liaison and change lead in communicating important business initiatives in positive manner.

Analyzes and proactively responds to quantitative and qualitative sales and performance results.

Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

Creates an environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and positively impacts the customer experience.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
