Location: Lewisville, TX
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure materials are received, stored, handled, and shipped safely and accurately. This position will supervise warehouse employees, coordinate daily priorities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support on-time delivery goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and employee development. This role works closely with Operations, Customer Service, Production, Sales, Safety, Human Resources, and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and material-handling activities.
• Assign work and coordinate daily priorities based on customer commitments and operational needs.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, warehouse KPIs, and on-time delivery performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Manage cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure inventory transactions are entered accurately into ERP or warehouse-management systems.
• Monitor storage locations and improve warehouse layout and material flow.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with established procedures.
• Cross-train employees to strengthen coverage and operational flexibility.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and employee-development activities.
• Conduct routine safety observations and reinforce proper PPE and material-handling practices.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective-action planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, inventory accuracy, productivity, and customer service.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure it remains operationally ready.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, inspections, cleaning services, and related vendor contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for facility alarms and warehouse-related service providers.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience.
• One to three years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements and safe material-handling practices.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Positive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting assembly or production operations.
• OSHA or other warehouse-safety training.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse-management systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping systems.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures.
• Ability and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment.

The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on supervisor who can balance employee leadership with daily operational execution. They are comfortable addressing inventory issues, improving processes, enforcing safety expectations, and keeping the team focused on accuracy, productivity, and customer commitments.
