Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse ManagerTo ensure warehousing, shipping and receiving targets are met or exceeded by training and developing workers, managing employee scheduling, managing inventories and inbound and outbound trucks. Ensure product quality is preserved through proactive involvement in process improvement. Supervise, manage and develop warehousing personnel. Conduct plant audits and reviews of warehouse assuring company standards are maintained and work with other departments to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems. Identify and help to implement improvements. Function as an information source to various departments to continuously improve operations. Support customer service during customer visits and audits. Support the Plant Manager on special department projects.
