About the Position
Conduit Power is on a path to supplement our Nation's power generation system with reliable and dispatchable generation in ways that reduces carbon footprint and accelerates the transition to clean, renewable energy.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead, run, develop, optimize, improve, and grow our warehouse operations as part of the company's Operations Team. This role requires a strong technical background, an understanding of various power generation systems and parts, and a commitment to ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of our infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including controlling, tracking, and managing inventory and logistics
Accounts payable management including issuing Purchase Orders, tracking Invoices and Receiving.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Unloading of deliveries
Maintain detailed records all orders and deliveries
Develop warehouse operations systems
Manage and maintain business relationships with outside partners/vendors
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
Must properly use ladders and safety harnesses
Must be able to determine appropriate level of personal protective equipment (PPE) needed for the specific assigned task
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
Must possess the ability to self-supervise on daily tasks and metrics
Ability to work with a team or standalone for multiple hours
Must present equipment, tools, and self in orderly and tidy manner
Be on call while on scheduled rotation
Able to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner as well as maintain a clean driving record
Comply with all safety standards and procedures assisting with incident response and investigations as needed
On time completion of all assigned training
Promotes ethical behavior in all aspects of the business and leads by example
Computer literate with the ability to utilize online forms/automation
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of related warehouse experiences
Strong knowledge of various power generation technologies and parts, such as natural gas engines, turbines, diesel engines, and batteries
Willingness to work in exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights
Ability to work a rotational schedule, including long and/or occasionally irregular hours and holidays
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Forklift certified
Previous experience with power generation > 1MW
Able to lift 50 pounds

Target Comp Range:
$100,000 to $115,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience
