About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategic development and execution of its software roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the roadmap aligns with business goals, driving the product vision to achieve market leadership, and acting as the primary liaison between business P&L owners and the product development team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in product management, strong communication skills, and expertise in product development processes and methodologies, particularly within B2B, technology, software, or SaaS industries. The Vice President will also be tasked with fostering strong relationships with internal customers, conducting market analysis, and establishing KPIs to optimize product performance.Applicants for the Vice President of Product Management position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and have 8-10 years' of experience in product management. The role demands a candidate who has been successful in product innovation and driving revenue growth, and who can demonstrate the ability to lead and delegate product management and commercialization activities. Responsibilities also include developing and managing internal and external product roadmaps, creating C-suite/board-ready presentation materials, and executing product commercialization and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at defining and managing processes for customer feedback, as well as prioritizing and installing project plan methodologies for efficient product commercialization.
