About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product Management to lead the creation of innovative products that address real-world challenges and prioritize customer-centric solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in product and API design, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to the development process. This role involves owning key customer experiences, shaping the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, iterative product releases. The VP, Product Management will also be responsible for gathering and writing product requirements, establishing robust product development processes, and leading Agile ceremonies. A people-first approach, fostering a collaborative and skill-nurturing environment, is at the core of the company's values.Applicants for the VP, Product Management position at the company should have a strong background in product management, particularly in building Payments SaaS platforms within partner-defined distribution models. Experience with platform/API products, system design concepts, and a solid understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in the financial sector are essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of taking independent ownership, and will have a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution. Preferred qualifications include experience with clearing and settlement mechanisms, knowledge of various partner distribution models, and a background in UI/UX and team management. An entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for new technology are also highly valued.
