Position Overview:
As a Drink Expediter, you will play a crucial role in the beverage operations of our fast-paced and dynamic entertainment venue. You will work closely with our bartenders and drink runners to expedite drink orders efficiently, maintaining the flow of service and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the bartenders and drink runners to ensure the prompt fulfillment of drink orders.
Ensure all drinks are made to our specified standards and are garnished correctly.
Communicate clearly about how to prioritize drink tickets so that the operation of the bar is as efficient as possible.
Help to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Collaborate with all other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Uphold the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a high-volume environment
Kowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding all operational standards.
Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
Must be able to pass all issued training testing with a 90% or higher.
Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
Authorized to legally work in the US
