Drink Runner
The drink runner aids servers and bartenders in delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the order is complete and accurate prior to delivering to the correct table
Pick up drinks as soon as they are made at the bar and deliver to guests
Remove any empty/used glasses from tables, bar, bus stations, etc.
Skills
Solid grasp of beverage menu
Thorough understanding of the restaurant floor plan
Clear communication skills in order to ensure proper drink delivery to guests
Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
Avid team player
Working Conditions
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the entirety of scheduled shift
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
