Job Title: Project Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our engineering and design team in a variety of duties. The successful candidate will handle tasks such as specification editing and formatting, final spec book assembly, maintaining and updating spec library, Arc Flash Report assembly, and Arc Flash Label printing. Additionally, the role involves construction administration including editing and assembling addendums, processing submittals, RFIs, PRs/ASIs, and closing out project forms. The administrator will also be responsible for scheduling and assisting with Lunch and Learns, handling daily mail, shipping, ordering office and breakroom supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors, and watering plants.

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Work Environment
