Analog/Mixed-Signal ATE Test Engineer

Description

- Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon- Develop and document ATE test plan for new IPs and products- Design and debug test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability testing- Bring quality and efficient test solution for volume production- Coordinate test related activities between internal and external groups

Key Qualifications

Deep architectural understanding of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP

NPI Process:

In-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process

Extensive experience in New Product Introduction from product concept to volume production

Expertise in ATE Semiconductor Test Methodology - DFT experience is a plus

Comprehensive, hands-on experience in constructing ATE test programs for High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP:

Competence in using test measurement equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)

Proficiency in programming skills for developing and debugging ATE test programs

Expertise in scripting/coding to support development of tools and utilities (i.e. PERL, Python, C, C#, etc.)

Experience in ATE High-Speed board design and thorough understanding of signal integrity analysis

Travel is required

Education & Experience BS and minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience is required.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,800 and $229,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
