The Program Director (Business Area Manager) leads a team of project managers and program managers to execute an existing portfolio of programs and also grows the business area. Manage external partners in the execution of project work.

Here’s what you’ll need :
BS in Engineering or equivalent experience and training in the development and production of electronic systems.
Project Management Professional Certification.
10 years of experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams designing and building electronic systems.
10 years of experience performing work for US Intelligence Agencies supporting ISR missions.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience preparing briefings and presentations for the Government and senior personnel.
Strong project management skills including cost management, resource planning and management, risk planning and management, schedule management, and knowledge of the earned value management process.
Motivational and Inspirational leadership skills along with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute a vision, strategy, and business plan aligned to the Division vision, strategy, and business plan.
