This is a Part-time Temp position, 15-25 hours weekly, that will be primarily assigned to one of our 3 clinics in Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. Possible rotation between all three family medicine clinics *
Work performed involves knowledge of the basic principles and practices of nursing, and a variety of tasks in an ambulatory health care setting including:
Assisting professional nurses in all aspects of clinical care
Administering injections
Performing EKG's
Gathering specimens
Assisting with special procedures and general workups
Performing other related non-professional nursing and clerical duties as required.

Knowledge of accepted nursing/ CMA standards and practices.
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and guidelines.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of basic pharmacology.
Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of nursing
Basic computer skills.
Skilled in providing patient care in accordance with the facility's applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications High school graduate
CMA ( AAMA certification) LPN or RN
A current CPR card
Preferred Qualifications Salary $21/hr
