Job Summary

As VP, Managing Director of Xfinity Creative, you'll be at the helm of Xfinity’s Creative and Production division within the Brand Marketing & Creative team. Your mission is clear: drive the ongoing growth and success of our in-house creative endeavors. This role requires overseeing the entire spectrum of creative advertising ideation, strategic planning, and production across various mediums such as video, digital, print, and studio capabilities. Your seat at the Brand Marketing leadership table ensures seamless alignment with business objectives while optimizing our integrated in-house model for maximum impact. Forge a dynamic creative strategy team to seamlessly integrate advertising initiatives within our broader brand strategy.

Cultivate a vibrant creative culture within the Marketing group, fostering an environment that attracts top talent and maintains high employee satisfaction.

Recruit, nurture, and promote diversity within the team, ensuring a pipeline of top creative talent.

Foster collaboration between the Creative and Integrated Campaign Management functions to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Ensure alignment with Comcast's global design capabilities, harnessing the collective creative power of our organization.

This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $246,132.26 - $402,761.88 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
