About Us, Legendary Dogs:

We are Legendary Dogs, the largest franchisee of Dogtopia. Our home office team is in Atlanta, GA. We currently operate 4 locations in Portland, OR (soon to be 5!) and 3 in San Diego, CA. We are rapidly expanding into 9 other states! We will operate 75 Dogtopias in the next several years. We are proud of the high-quality daycare services we provide and are excited about the growth and potential of Legendary Dogs and Dogtopia.

Legendary Dogs is searching for a key role for our customers and company –a Daycare Sales Director. As a vital role in the company, our Daycare Sales Directors will be responsible for growing the number of dogs in each daycare through a multi-channel lead strategy. Ensuring retention and visit frequency are also critical as the Daycare Sales Directors will engage Pet Parents and gain their commitment to give their dog the “Most exciting day ever!”

Are you from the sports-fitness industry/retail/customer service and ready to leverage your skill set to help build and develop a daycare/wellness business and be part of a dynamic organization?

We’re looking for ambitious and energetic potential leaders to start in an entry level sales and marketing position as a Daycare Sales Director with Dogtopia.

We want individuals who can develop and build relationships with not only existing pet parents but understand how to generate leads for new customers and grow our daycare & wellness business. This is accomplished by daily phone calls to new and existing pet parents, working on converting leads to new dog meet & greets, creating and posting social media content, planning and operating local events and marketing for our Dogtopia Daycare and Wellness locations; with an emphasis on the daily cadence of outreach calls, scheduling of consultative sales conversations and closing sales with pet parents for services.

Our focus is on the overall health and wellbeing of not only the dog in our care but the quality of life that a happy, healthy dog provides its parents, as well.

Responsibilities

Exemplify the Legendary Dogs culture by staying true to the Dogtopia-isms, communicating the Brand Manifesto and delivering the Noble Cause every day

Basic sales and customer service, but be a genuine people person

Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve those campaigns

Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow dogs in daycare

Work directly with pet parents selling Weekly and Monthly Enrollment in daycare and wellness services

Collaborate with team to create an exceptional experience at every customer interaction

Achieve set sales targets for the location

Manage the pet parent journey from beginning to end

Qualifications

Must love dogs!

Experience working in sales & service with exposure to marketing

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
