Job Description Job Description Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading a sales team, and driving business development. The Sales Director will work closely with internal departments and external partners to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Duties :
Work group opportunities from primary sourcing sites including but not limited to sam.gov, GSA, contact direct, etc
Develop and collaborate on strategies, timelines and schedules for full market involvement from initial touch marketing through technical proposal submission.
Participating and/or leading pre-inspection and government onsite inspections
Coordinate contract opportunities from initial discovery, to submission, to contract management. This includes but is not limited to:
Identifying new leads for company
Time management for on-time submissions
Procurement of lodging partners
Proposal Writing
Negotiations
Managing rooming lists
Invoicing and reconciliation
Foster favorable company image and growth by collaborating with both internal and external customer base, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Contribute to a total team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for accounts receivable/accounts payable processes within business set (for contract generated business)
Tracking all sales efforts in CRM
Expected to travel (air and/or car) as needed, presumably 2-4 trips per month sometimes with short notice
Expected to assist within operational scope as required or needed (i.e. Private Sector, FEMA, Corporate Housing) as member of management team
Participate in marketing efforts alongside administrative team
Additional responsibilities as directed by manager or ownership
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in sales operations and customer service
Strong team management and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation: strong base salary, bonus opportunity based on individual and overall company production & benefit package.
Job Type: Full-time - Home/Virtual based position or based out of Vancouver, WA
Up to 75% travel based on current demand.
