What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales & installation teams.
• Hit and exceed key KPIs:
  • 82%+ booking rate
  • 120+ calls/day
  • 20%+ aggregator conversion
  • 100+ booked estimates/month

Compensation & Benefits

First-Year Earnings:

$52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience)

Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions

Performance bonuses

Commission:

0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours

0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
