Do zespołu naszego klienta poszukujemy dynamicznej i zmotywowanej osoby na stanowisko Technical Support Client Manager . Jako Technical Support Client Manager będziesz kluczową postacią w zapewnianiu najwyższej jakości wsparcia technicznego dla naszych klientów, pracując w trybie hybrydowym z biura w Krakowie w godzinach 15:00 - 23:00.
Zakres obowiązków:
Zarządzanie i rozwijanie relacji z klientami, zapewniając im wsparcie techniczne na najwyższym poziomie.
Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych zgłaszanych przez klientów.
Współpraca z zespołami inżynierskimi i sprzedażowymi w celu zapewnienia skutecznego rozwiązywania problemów.
Monitorowanie systemów klienta i proaktywne identyfikowanie potencjalnych problemów.
Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji technicznej.
Szkolenie klientów z zakresu użytkowania produktów oraz najlepszych praktyk.
Wymagania:
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w roli związanej ze wsparciem technicznym lub zarządzaniem klientem.
Dobra znajomość systemów operacyjnych Windows i Linux.
Doświadczenie w pracy z sieciami i protokołami sieciowymi.
Znajomość narzędzi monitorujących systemy IT oraz doświadczenie w automatyzacji procesów będzie dodatkowym atutem.
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma zadaniami i priorytetami jednocześnie.
Zdolność do pracy w godzinach 15:00 - 23:00, dostosowanych do strefy czasowej klientów z USA.
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
