Basic Purpose:

The Digital Content Marketing Sr. Associate collaborates with multiple business lines and key stakeholders to distribute engaging and innovative digital content for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, including content on the company websites, microsites, with third-party content distribution partners and within digital campaigns and social media. Reporting to the VP of Digital Content Strategy, the Digital Content Marketing Sr. Associate is responsible for developing content in partnership with our Creative team as well as maintaining, analyzing and optimizing the performance of Morgan Stanley and Eaton Vance content.

Working in an integrated team environment where client service and clear communications are essential for success, the role will serve as the key point of content for Morgan Stanley and Eaton Vance’s websites, tentpole campaign content and several key vendor relationships. Candidate must demonstrate business acumen and initiative, excellent project management and communication skills, and proven success in coordinating/executing digital marketing content. Primary Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to create, manage and optimize content for various digital platforms.

Develop unified Web presence for integration with key marketing campaigns and promotions.

Maintain and refine MSIM’s digital content taxonomy, in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Ensure content accuracy, efficient removal and/or archival of expired or dated content and adherence to legal/regulatory requirement, including compliance submission and expiration.

Project manager for digital agency engagements, ensuring projects are timely, on budget and meet MSIM’s high standards.

Digital contact for Eaton Vance’s modified subscription and registration process, from development to execution.

Oversee coding/tagging process to ensure content cross-referencing on MSIM websites, ensuring online content considers Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Execute any audit/compliance tests as required, for both Eaton Vance’s Web sites and Social Media efforts.

Other responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent business experience

3-5 years of demonstrated experience with website and paid media content strategy and implementation, communication architectures/taxonomy and emerging digital trends

Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager

Familiar with SEO best practices and implementation.

Knowledge of B2B asset management business and its objectives. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus

Ability to prioritize workload, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Highly detail oriented and organized

Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with jira, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront or other project management tool is a plus.
