Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Promotions Manager to join our team and drive the success of our digital channel growth. This role will oversee all digital promotions within our digital ecosystem, Roof Hub, working closely with partners and internal teams to ensure successful execution and maximum return on investment. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and analysis of promotional activities to drive sales and digital channel adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotions Management:
Develop and manage digital promotions, including cost/return modeling.
Communicate with partners and internal teams during the planning stages.
Coordinate with the leadership team to align promotions with business objectives.
Oversee the full execution of marketing campaigns (both internal and external).
Manage account credit processing or other administrative tasks post-promotion.
Conduct performance analysis and retrospectives after each promotion.
Strategic Development:
Generate new promotional ideas to drive sales and increase digital channel adoption.
Plan and execute national, regional, and targeted promotions.
Determine the most effective promotion types (e.g., account credit, order discount, swag, sweepstakes) based on business needs and customer insights.digital
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, promotions management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to model cost/return for promotions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a track record of developing successful promotional campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
