Position Details Identifies the Epics, Features, and stories goals, objectives, scope, and influences sprints in collaboration with the Dev and Power BI Teams. Outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to develop business centric solutions. Communicate with the development teams and stakeholders, manage risks, timelines, and issues. Responsibilities: Monitor progress to ensure that Epics, Features, and stories stay on track.
Utilize analytical skills to properly assess the use of Mobileforce, Sitetracker, Vista, and Apogos.
Work within Tilson’s business lines to analyze current practices and how the adoption of Mobileforce, Sitetracker, Vista, and Apogos can improve our profitability and efficiency.
Contribute to Tilson's user experience strategy particularly on the requirements gathering, roll out and adoption phases of solutions delivery.
Support operational business leaders to identify areas of business process and technology adoption opportunities and drive those solutions into the field by collaborating with stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to meet business requirements
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant area discipline such as Telecoms, Construction, Engineering, etc.
2+ years of business analysis and systems implementation in a supportive role.
Strong interpersonal skills, a track record of creating alignment across functions, and innovative solutions to the role.
