Position Overview
Events are an important part of StoneX Group Inc.'s overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing & Promotions, the Event Marketing Manager will work on all tasks related to event marketing.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Salesforce campaign management - creating and managing event campaigns
• Manage audience selection process, including the pre-loading of Salesforce campaigns
• Create required graphics for each event, using existing templates
• Write copy for social media promotions for events
• Serve as back-up to Event Marketing Automation Specialist
• Serve as back-up for timeline management
• Serve as back-up for submission of Marketing requests
• Serve as back-up for Cvent registration site building and testing
• Own Global Event Team AMEX reconciliation process
• Collect and organize speaker PPT decks for larger in-person event
• Create master PPT decks for larger in-person event
• Participate on kick-off calls, as needed
• Assist Global Events Team Members, as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience with corporate meeting planning
The ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines
Outstanding project management skills
Strong proof-reading skills
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and with minimum direction
Robust attention to details
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications Pardot, or other email automation platform experience
Cvent, or other registration platform experience
Salesforce experience
Copywriting and/or social media management
Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Hybrid work model: 3x a week in office, 2x a week remote
Ability to travel on-site for events, as needed (1 event every other year)
