Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our customer base of Subcontractors that utilize our financial product, EPP. You will be responsible for contacting new prospects and booking meaningful discovery calls that highlight the benefits that our Early Pay Program can bring to them during their growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create new business opportunities with key decision makers through heavy outbound prospecting.
Books 25+ discovery calls per month with SMB subcontractors.
Work closely with marketing to engage and optimize on inbound leads.
Understand key features and value proposition of our EPP product offering.
Convey feedback to marketing and sales teams to represent the voice of the customer.
Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, business development and cross functional teams.
Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
Utilize Hubspot to properly track activity.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of direct B2B sales experience.
Comfortability and eagerness to conduct heavy prospecting both via phone and email.
A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
Resourcefulness and results driven operating style.
Fluency with different sales tools and technologies.
Familiarity with construction industry is a plus
Selling financial/lending products to businesses is a strong plus.

Competitive Salary: $55,000-$60,000 base + commission ($95-100k OTE)
