Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the firm's management team. This includes developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing historical financial data. This individual will also work with the management team to develop strategic plans and make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models for the company, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Analyze historical financial data and identify trends.
Forecast future financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Work with the management team to develop strategic plans and make informed business decisions.
Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team on a variety of topics, such as pricing, profitability, and staffing.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Manage staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in reporting, financial planning and analysis preferably in a professional services firm.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
