Account Executive- Digital Health Technology

Fairfax, VA, United States

This Vibrent Health Account Executive will spearhead our GTM in the digital health technologies and digital biomarkers clinical research domain. You will drive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model. You will be expected to develop a business plan for entering this unique market both directly selling and with partnerships. You will own the entire sales process from identifying and qualifying leads to engaging prospects through to educating on our product, ultimately closing the deal. On the partnership side, you will be expected to leverage your network to identify and secure key partnerships with major players in digital studies. You will also work with product marketing to bring new products and services to this market and significantly contribute to the company's continued growth. All of these efforts will be targeted to organizations engaged in using digital health tools to supplement digital biomarker strategies for clinical trials and/or medical research.

Successful candidates will bring a background in the use of digital technologies in health research and resulting data collection and specific knowledge of the digital biomarker space. You are a member of the digital biomarker research community, with experience selling solutions to researchers working with digital biomarker endpoints and participating in conferences and events promoting the field. You will bring talent, experience, and expertise in your craft to a company that values integrity, knowledge, original thought, and optimizing human health through precision technology. Because we value your experience and expertise, you will work with Vibrent's senior leadership to help craft your role within the sales team and within the company overall.

This role requires someone who is a sales hunter and is strongly self-motivated, curious, courageous, and outcome-driven, with a proven track record of managing, closing, and accurately forecasting a pipeline of opportunities. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks will be essential in order to excel in this role. Also important will be your ability and willingness to put the broader success of the company first and work cross-functionally to ensure that Vibrent achieves its collective goals.

This a remote position on a remote-first team located in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the sales process for enterprise software and research services into the digital biomarker research market and/or digital health tools (DHT), starting with qualified leads and developing them to closure

Meet or exceed your quota; you'll be hungry to overachieve and be well compensated for doing so

Understand and communicate the value of data in health research

Drive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model

Execute a sales process focused on developing and progressing sufficientpipeline to accurately forecast sales and meet quotas

Effectively engage and collaborate with internal resources to achieve performance goals

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects-understand their needs and aid in building out their research study strategy

Manage and drive revenue through multiple complex go-to-market strategies

Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management

Provide reports on established KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, communications, or business

5 - 10 years of experience in a results-oriented sales environment

Specific experience developing a network in the digital biomarkers and or DHT space with a track record of successful sales into this space

Experience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials with additional expertise in the opportunities digital biomarkers offer to researchers

Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model

Track record of achieving metrics and KPIs and meeting business targets

Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills

Highly-skilled in CRM usage for pipeline management

Proven background in B2B sales at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company, working closely with marketing and product teams

Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information, qualitative and quantitative, and distill them for different audience segments in clear and effective ways

Strong interpersonal skills-you operate with high levels of humility, empathy, and integrity and are willing to put team above self, acting like a leader in all situations

Strong bias to action with an ability to quickly prioritize

Works well under deadlines and tight schedules and isn't intimidated by dealing with large problem space
