This position will help provide finance support to the Corporate Centers (CFO, People Organization, Enterprise Legal, Compliance & Risk and Corporate Strategy) within the Finance department and support of centralized planning processes including S&B and CAPEX/D&A).

**Role Responsibilities**

+ Manages budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for Corporate Centers (~$320M) in annualized expenses.

+ Partners with Executive Team members and their organizations to deliver a strong detailed Plan and forecasts.

+ Closely partners with accounting to ensure an accurate month-end close process.

+ Provides management with transparent, key financial data, trend information, as well as additional ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis.

**Role Requirements**

+ 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance

+ 1+ years of experience with financial reporting tools; experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Mastery of MS Excel required and experience MS PowerPoint

+ Strong working knowledge of accounting processes

+ Detail-oriented and comfortable with reconciliation work.

+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

+ Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.

+ Able to manage competing priorities.

+ Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment, but also comfortable with routines

+ Comfortable working with all levels, including senior management, to drive execution and accountability of projects.

**Salary**

The annual rate range is $80,000 – 115,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
