KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive integrated financial planning throughout Red Robin connecting long-range strategy to operational planning and execution
Partner with FP&A and department leaders to manage financial performance across the P&L, from topline to bottom line, implementing planning frameworks
Design, build, and implement planning and reporting routines for use across the enterprise and across leadership levels
Partner with senior leaders to build driver based forecasts that encourage execution, performance, and efficiency
Deliver increasing efficiency to our financial close and reforecast cycles
Partner in determining efficient capital allocation and investment decision-making
Lead, grow, and develop team of finance professionals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field)

Have led finance teams in a multi-unit restaurant concept
Restaurant labor planning and analysis
Restaurant cost of goods sold planning and analysis
Sales and marketing analysis
Product mix analysis
Restaurant menu pricing development
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MBA, CPA or related advanced degree
Knowledge of Anaplan, Fusion, PowerBI, SQL
