About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of People & Organizational Impact, a strategic leader who will be responsible for ensuring that the people and organizational strategy aligns with and enhances business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a business-minded individual with a forward-thinking approach, capable of driving the company's next phase of growth through innovative human capital strategies. This role involves designing and executing talent management programs, coaching and advocating for employees at all levels, and managing a team to support the full employee lifecycle. The VP will also be expected to maintain compliance with labor laws, improve HR policies, and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders and a geographically dispersed workforce. Experience in a highly specialized and VC-backed technology company is preferred. The role requires creative problem-solving skills, the ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy, and strong communication abilities.
