ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
The Company is seeking a VP, People & Culture to lead all aspects of human resource management. This role is pivotal in upholding the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will involve leading the DEI strategy and work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a global team of freelancers, temps, and permanent workers, and will oversee key functions such as learning and development, talent acquisition, and global people operations. The VP, People & Culture will also be deeply involved in social impact programs, driving policies, and ensuring operational excellence.To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position encompassing all people and culture functions. A strong passion for creating great human experiences across diverse cultures and geographies is essential, as is a strategic mindset that aligns with the company's values. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a systems-thinking approach, and a commitment to a 100% remote work environment. A robust educational background, such as an MS/BS in Psychology with additional Organizational Development training, is also a key requirement for this executive-level position.
