Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Excellence: Lead project teams to ensure timely and safe project completion within budget constraints. Manage project assignments, maintain status reports, track progress, and facilitate project closeouts efficiently.
Business Growth: Contribute to business expansion by actively participating in bid opportunities, providing estimates, and staying attuned to industry trends and client needs.
Financial Oversight: Ensure adherence to procedures and contractual requirements, oversee billing processes, analyze project costs, and provide profit status reports to management.
Change Management: Review and validate change orders, communicate effectively with project teams on additional costs, and maintain accurate documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term commitments.
Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, hold teams accountable for compliance, and ensure adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of construction project manager or 8+ assistant project manager experience
Underground utility construction experience a plus
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and planning skills
