Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the management of an operational program to ensure the delivery of services to meet the organization’s needs. The Program Manager will have the responsibility to work with leadership and affiliate teams to assess, design, develop, implement and evaluate programs and processes throughout JHM. This position will help to identify areas of opportunity for performance improvement, create internal controls to mitigate risks, and pursue best pratices in the assigned field.
The Program Manager will serve as the liaison with the JHM affiliates as assigned, provides guidance and direction to JHM staff and will manage short- and long-term projects to create a comprehensive and robust program as determined by leadership.
Education:
Bachelor’s in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is required. Master’s preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in business or healthcare, including relevant work experience in program management.
Minimum 3 years of prior management experience.
