**GeneralSummary….**

TheSystems Administrator II will maintain and monitor Company systems and relatedinfrastructure to meet business requirements. The incumbent will ensure thatsystems hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related proceduresadhere to the predefined standards.

**This position will beresponsible for…..**

+ Perform routineadministration and maintenance of designated system(s) to meet the Companybusiness requirements.

+ Monitor systems toachieve optimum level of performance.

+ Monitor servers forcompliance with established standards, policies, configuration guidelines andprocedures.

+ Provide capacityanalysis reports/data.

+ Monitor server backupson a daily basis.

+ Perform first levelproblem determination and resolution to ensure availability and stability ofcorporate based platforms according to established service level agreements.

+ Escalate higher level issuesto senior levels as required.

**Education/Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

+ In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

+ Experienced in desktop support, printers and scanners.

+ Preferred experience: SQL, WMS (Manhattan or any).

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

+ Customer service driven.

+ Strong team player.
