The IT Systems Administrator supports this mission by operation and maintenance of the Holladay network and all systems associated with it and is a senior resource for planning, support, and service requests related to IT systems. This position works with the Holladay Properties IT team to execute best practices and implement new technologies as befit the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Plan and manage network, servers, and technology tools
Support of a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment
Perform MAC (Moves Adds Changes) of hardware and software
Work with end users, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
Create documentation and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Ensure security through access controls, data backups, endpoint management, and firewalls
Train associates on new technologies
Mentor IT staff in areas of subject matter expertise
Plan and execute IT projects and strategic initiatives
Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:
Some college with Computer Science/IT major; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Comp TIA A+, Network+, Security+ certification helpful
5+ years of experience providing solid knowledge of general PC and network support.
Ability to assess, react, and solve problems as quickly as possible.
Experience should include recent experience with:
Microsoft 365 technologies, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
Other Microsoft technologies including Windows 2012 Server R2 and up, Windows 10, MS Office 2010-2019
Network technologies including SonicWall, Fortinet, and Watchguard firewall; Ubiquiti and Aruba wireless
Endpoint management systems and techniques such as RMM, MDM, endpoint automation/orchestration, PowerShell.

Compensation:
The IT Systems Administrator compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state, and regional dynamics and maybe adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.
Physical Demands:
Work in an office environment, requires lifting up to 30 lbs., crawling under desk, requires travel to off-site locations in and out of state as needed.
Individual may be required to work nights or weekends to do routine maintenance on employee computers or servers requiring after hour work as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility
