Responsibilities & Work Environment:

The Program Coordinator at Empify plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the success of members and their experience inside the WealthBuilders Community App. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our financial education programs, member events, campaigns, and initiatives. As a leader in this role, it requires working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of these programs and each members experience. There is continuous learning and adaptation to a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires managing multiple projects, programs, and tasks simultaneously. This member of our team covers a number of key areas in our business, and the most critical responsibilities are below:

Develop Member Analytics Reports: Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics reporting process, by tracking program completion metrics, student progress, member attendance, and member engagement, and tracking against KPIs for in-app engagement, event/session attendance, retention, and more.

Support and manage live virtual classes, trainings, and program sessions: Attend all live virtual sessions, providing real-time support in the chat to address participant questions and ensure a smooth experience for both attendees and presenters. Handle all logistical aspects of virtual platforms like Zoom, including setting up sessions, managing breakout rooms, and troubleshooting any technical issues during events to ensure seamless operations. Collect and organize impactful testimonials and feedback from participants during and after live sessions and within course platforms, highlighting the success stories and key takeaways that underscore the value of Empify’s programs.

Member Storytelling: Ideate, support, and manage the digital and written storytellers who effectively spread the member stories, experiences, testimonies, accomplishments, and value to the existing members on the platform. This includes the Wealth Builder of the Month, program MVPs, and key members who stand out across the entire membership platform.

Handle Administrative and Operational Tasks for all Programs: Manage the administrative setup and ongoing operations of all programs, ensuring that each aspect of program delivery is organized and executed efficiently. Oversee the registration processes, scheduling, and resource allocation to guarantee that all programs are well-prepared and equipped to meet the needs of participants and instructors. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating easy access to information for all team members.

Interact with Members and Other Stakeholders: On a daily basis engage with members, respond to member inquiries, provide support, and resolve any issues that arise via the app DM, comments, and the community email inbox. Connect with members within the platform to enhance the member experience, encourage member results, increase customer retention, and provide the support and information needed across the platform.

Coordinate with Other Teams to Integrate and Create Educational and Empowering Content: Collaborate with content creators, members, instructors, and multimedia specialists to post and provide members with educational and empowering digital learning materials, posts, reminders, events, and sessions that are implemented daily, but also effective and aligned with Empify’s mission and meet our high-quality standards. Develop content for emails and texts that promote program activities, highlight success stories, and encourage participation. Monitor user feedback and analytics to adjust content and improve user engagement continually.

Manage all in-person and Virtual Events, Conferences, Kick-offs, and Celebrations: Oversee the entire event planning process from concept to execution, including brainstorming themes, planning schedules, and coordinating activities for a diverse range of events such as conferences, workshops, and special celebrations for members. Handle all event logistics, ensuring each detail is meticulously managed to guarantee the success of each function, from venue selection and layout to technology setup and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors to secure high-quality services and materials while maintaining budget control and contractual compliance.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, speakers, and stakeholders: Identify and engage influential speakers and experts, ensuring a diverse and enriching lineup for programs and events. Handle all aspects of speaker management, including booking, coordination, and logistical support to ensure speakers are well-prepared and their sessions run smoothly. Act as the primary liaison between Empify and external partners and vendors, coordinating effectively to meet program needs and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth execution of all events and programs.

Build and Maintain the Online Boot Camps and Programs: Work under the guidance of the Lead Financial Educator and Empify team members to develop and update curriculum, learning modules, and interactive elements within the programs and initiatives offered to members. Ensure that each program is engaging and educationally effective. Regularly test the online system to ensure all functionalities are operational and user-friendly. Address technical issues promptly, either by resolving them directly or by coordinating with IT support to minimize downtime and maintain a smooth user experience.

Desired Skill Sets:

Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in an e-learning or educational setting

Moderate understanding of financial concepts and principles, with experience in financial education or counseling preferred.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning related tools (e.g., Zoom, FormStack, MightyNetworks), online courses, and digital platforms

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

A passion for and experience in data reporting education and a commitment to student success.

Experience in customer success or customer support

An empathetic spirit while understanding the importance of accountability.

Experience with event management and implementation
