**Your Role on Our Team:**
_The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees._
**You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:**
+ Lead a team to support the day-to-day operations and activities of the facilities effectively and efficiently.
+ Work with Supervisor to ensure appropriate staffing levels/Serve as a back-up in the Supervisor's absence.
+ Conduct or delegate shift start-up meetings which includes communicating information related to culture, safety, production, accuracy, recognition, and facility/HR updates to keep team members informed.
+ Provide feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates while fostering a high degree of morale among the team.
+ Support technicians by developing their skills/ensuring they are at par with warehouse standards and regulations.
+ Provide timely, ongoing communication to ensure the appropriate dissemination of information to department leaders.
+ Identify measures that can improve various warehouse processes.
+ Prioritize repairs needed to keep the facility at peak production.
+ Maintain and enforce a clean, safe working environment.
+ Hold team members accountable for compliance.
+ Act as the go-to-person for a cohesive team of technicians committed to the department's success.
+ Communicate and support the other departments as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**** **The TOOLS** **you’ll bring with you:**
+ Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
+ 10+ years of professional work experience in a production environment.
+ Experience leading, coaching, and empowering team members.
+ Results-focused, takes ownership of team success.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Able to problem-solve quickly and execute solutions effectively.
+ Requires development mindset and always willing to learn and be coached.
**Physical and Weightlifting Demands:**
+ Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
+ Standing for long periods of time and repetitive motion.
+ Operate manual pallet jacks (Operation of other equipment is a plus!).
+ Able to work in various temperature conditions.
+ Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lbs.
