One of our clients, a leading online flooring business catering to contractors, is looking for a CTO to revolutionize their IT landscape. Responsibilities:
Correct all issues with Microsoft 365 and lead migration to an office setup.
Develop and customize logistical networks, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to whiteboard solutions and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Lead coding efforts and oversee software architecture, progressing to an Architect level.
Act as a mediator between ownership and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications/Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in coding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Business central, and Dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Initiate corrective actions for Microsoft 365 issues and logistical challenges.

Present recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
In the Next 30 Days Expectations:
Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central and other software solutions.
Act as a strategic partner to ownership, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
