Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager who is passionate about the restaurant industry and possesses a strong track record of success. Responsibilities :

Sales Growth and Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.

Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Financial Management: Control costs and expenses while maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects of operations.

Monitor key financial metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of front of the house professionals.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.

Implement performance management processes to recognize top performers, provide coaching and feedback, and address underperformance.

Guest Satisfaction and Quality Assurance: Ensure that exceptional service standards are consistently delivered, and guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

Maintain and enforce high-quality standards for food, beverages, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.

Qualifications :

3+ years experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fine dining sector of the restaurant industry.

Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Sign-on Bonus : $3000 after 90 days

Bonus : eligible after 6 mos, 10-15% of salary, based on bottom-line profit, top-line sales growth, labor and bev costs

3 weeks vacation (accrued): 1 day accrued every 24 days/1 week after 4 mons. Also every year spent with the company after first year adds an extra vacation day to the next year (until ultimately maxing out at 4 weeks)
