**_We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support our growing retirement community and offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus!_**
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community. This position may require State licensing/certification.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
+ Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
+ Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

**What you will need:**
+ EPA Certification to handle refrigerants.
+ One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance or completion of Trade School.
+ A valid driver's license.
_Compensation: commensurate with experience, $23.00 - $33.00 per hour._
