We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support our growing retirement community and offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus!
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community. This position may require State licensing/certification.
How you will make an impact:
* Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
* Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
* Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

What you will need:
* EPA Certification to handle refrigerants.
* One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance or completion of Trade School.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, $23.00 - $33.00 per hour.
