Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our clients team. Youll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
Generate meetings through cold calling (50-100 calls per day), email, LinkedIn
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
Requirements Minimum qualifications:
1y+ of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn outreach
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless or similar tools
Ability to work from the office in Falls Church VA 3 days per week
Preferred qualifications:
2y+ in Enterprise SaaS sales
Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance Software sales
Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer

Base compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
OTE: $70,000-$80,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
