Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Program Manager will have extensive experience in managing complex cloud- based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Senior Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be managing multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered on- time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of C1 PMO and customers. Anticipated responsibilities may include:

+ Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that deliverables meet Government requirements.

+ Work with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, microservices, and container-based environments.

+ Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.

+ Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

+ Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.

+ Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.

+ Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

+ 8+ years of experience in project management

+ 4+ years of experience managing cloud-based projects.

+ 4+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment

+ Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred).

+ Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.Familiarity with Agile principles.

+ DoD Secret clearance required

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

+ Previous experience with AF Cloud One program

+ A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
