What youll do: You will support the execution of IT management and execution functions across units and systems, to build on the efficiencies gained through centralization over the last several years in order to deliver improved quality, usability and utility. Required Qualifications
-Candidate shall have at least 5 years of experience in software development.
-Candidate shall have demonstrated at least 3 years experience in Java or similar software.
-Candidate shall have demonstrated the ability to lead software development delivery teams.
-Candidate shall possess experience with modernizing software development platforms and delivery
-Candidate shall possess extensive experience meeting with system owners to determine requirements for development.
-Candidate shall possess experience collaborating with business analysts and other developers in order to accomplish the teams goals.
-Candidate shall possess demonstrable knowledge on quickly generating complex code while minimizing the number of bugs.
-Candidate shall possess demonstrable knowledge of reviewing complex code to identify and fix any bugs.
-Candidate shall possess a demonstrable interest in continuing to build technical skillset.
Preferred Qualifications
-Prior work experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation is preferred.
