Quantum Health is hiring a
VP of Growth Marketing
who is an experienced, competitive, results-
driven
and innovative marketing leader. Are you a seasoned and inspiring leader of multi-functional revenue-building marketing teams?
This strategic leader will oversee a results- and data-driven marketing environment and team that execute effective programs that drive awareness and product adoption, increase revenue, support client
retention
and grow market share. We are looking for a positive, “can do” leader with responsibilities in product marketing, market research and competitive intelligence, sales support and analytics, demand generation, content marketing and new market development.
Our VP of Growth Marketing is nimble in the face of change and quickly
identifies
priorities and strategies that drive measurable results across multiple company growth goals, including adoption of new markets, strategic partners and/or acquisitions The. Successful candidates are adept at quickly understanding and connecting customer journeys to relevant,
scalable
and measurable pipeline-building playbooks. Our leader must excel at collaboration with other Marketing, Sales, Product and Client Success partners.

What
you’ll
do
Strategy
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product and Client team leadership to
establish
and deliver revenue-driving priorities aligned with business
objectives
Manage Quantum Health’s B2B go-to-market program strategies and playbooks.
Translate market and internal research, buyer segment and
persona
data, program analytics and competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning, solutions and demand generation strategies and programs.
Analyze historical performance data to create forecasts, plans and budgets.
Mature team data practices, analyzing historical market and performance data to guide forecasts, plans and budget.
Partner with other Marketing and Communications leaders on joint planning and budgeting to
optimize
resources against priorities, and to
establish
, deliver and continually
optimize
team and departmental forecasts, KPIs and ongoing measurement of all programs to fulfill revenue acquisition and retention goals.
Support Sales and Revenue Growth Goals
Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline and revenue goals and to create, implement and measure segment- and vertical-specific go-to-market strategies and programs including:
Inbound and outbound marketing and content marketing programs,
thought leadership and email,
website,
search
and social strategies.
Webinars and high-impact event programming.
Product collateral,
demos
and testimonials.
Co-marketing initiatives with solution partners and strategic alliances.
Support demand generation and product marketing programming across multiple sales channels, including direct, reseller and solution partners.
Partner with Inside Sales on strategic alignment, revenue/activity targets and shared funnel metrics.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Sales Operations teams on performance scoring,
tracking
and reporting. Build and use leading indicators models to sharpen forecasting for all program targets.
Product Marketing/Marketing Strategy Collaboration
Support Product Marketing team, refining and championing “outside in”
thinking and partnering with cross-functional leadership on product differentiation and positioning, value propositions and messaging as well as measurable go-to-market strategies.
Create KPIs and measurement targets in alignment with Product forecasts (core and upsell opportunities)
Lead the Market Strategy and competitive intelligence functions, tracking and understanding the broader market context including market dynamics, competitive
insights
and new entrants. Ensure information is systematically collected and distributed across the enterprise.
Champion continual refinement of buyer and member personas and buyer and member-focused solutions across the team and enterprise.
Support Client Retention
Foster innovative client engagement programming that supports Client Success teams and company
objectives
including client forums, advocacy strategies, speaking/media opportunities, testimonials, and outbound communications.
Create KPIs and measurement targets in alignment with Client Success retention and same-store-sales growth goals
Share and leverage key learnings from client retention programs across the broader Marketing, Communications and Client Success teams.
Help ensure alignment of client support priorities, vision and tactics among Member Marketing, Product, and Client leaders.
Team Leadership
Lead, inspire and mentor the growth marketing team, including product and demand generation marketers, research and insights team and client marketing.
Focus on building thriving, high-performing teams that will enable Quantum Health to meet and exceed its growth
objectives
Proactively partner within Marketing, creating aligned goals, forecasts, priorities and actions with peer Marketing and Communications leaders.
All other duties as assigned.
What
you’ll
bring
15 years relevant growth marketing leadership with proven market strategy and
demonstrated
go-to-market
expertise
across prospect, partner and client journeys and end-to-end revenue cycles.
Excellent verbal, writing and cross-functional communication skills
Proven
track record
of building plans, forecasts,
budgets
and programs that support efficient growth
Positive, collaborative, energetic leader and team player who inspires action and consensus, “rolls up the sleeves” and gets things done
Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities, problem-solve and drive action in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with HR buyers and benefits consultants in the employer healthcare, benefits and/or digital health landscape
Adept at leading, sourcing and
utilizing
market, customer and competitive research and program analytics to inform new strategies for actioning across teams
Successful
track record
collaborating across the enterprise, specifically Sales, Product and Client Success teams, to build and achieve shared revenue and retention goals.
Experience partnering directly with Inside Sales strongly preferred.
Hands-on
expertise
with Mar-Tech: Salesforce, CRM (HubSpot,
Marketo
or similar) and analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau or similar)

Bachelor’s degree
required
; MBA preferred
