KUBRA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our Dallas team! This opportunity is for the second shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday to Friday.
As a Shipper/Receiver, you will work in our warehouse environment to ensure the seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. The Shipper/Receiver is also responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

What you get to do every day
Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
Maintain filing of shipping documents
Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Create purchase requisitions and obtain approval prior to placing supply orders
Sort and distribute incoming shipments
Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off
Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries
Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
Make deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
What kind of person should you be? Reliable - you are punctual for your scheduled shifts, have a great attendance record and are flexible to work Overtime when required
A Team Player - you enjoy working as part of a team to meet daily production volumes and requirements for client jobs
A great communicator - you communicate professionally, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and organized - you are able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
What skills do you need? 1 year of related experience in a Warehouse environment or as a Shipper/Receiver is an asset, but not required
Ability to drive a forklift - training and certification will be provided by KUBRA
You must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
High school diploma preferred, but not required
