**Who You Are..**.
As Shipper/Receiver Person B, you responsible for performing shipping and receiving duties including finished goods inventory, loading, and unloading trucks, verifying BOL for truck shipments and facilitating communication between supervisors and trucking companies. Provide administrative support for the front office as required.
**This Position...**
Reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for performing shipping and receiving duties.
Some examples of the work you might do includes...
- Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods
- Provide instructions to drivers or approved visitors enter the yard
- Maintain material transfer spreadsheet for all products that comes in and leaves the facility
- Verify all incoming goods against packing slips or blueprints and transfer to internal system
- Mark all material with PO, Part Number and or job number
- Stage all out going material and verify all proper counts
- Know proper shipping procedures as far as weight and height regulations to ensure safe transport
- Communicate any shortage, overage, or delays in shipping or receiving of goods
- Operate all equipment in a safe and proper manner
**What Do You Need...**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2-3 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing setting
* Ability to follow Work Process and Procedures
* Proficient on forklift operation
* Strong basic math skills

* Good organizational and record keeping skills
